这个是昨晚我的加拿大籍Muslim邻居误打误撞研发出来的厚脆皮土司。皮脆厚，类似北京板鸭脆皮那种crispy的惊喜，内部的口感类似蛋糕和土司，含水比较多，麦味浓厚。我吃了惊为天人，赶紧让他把制程记录起来...
说实在这家伙英文比我好，但是他话比我少，厨艺不错，喜欢练巴西柔术，是个眼神深邃，有点类似地中海海员的那种有色人种。
常跟他聊天，探索很多哲学问题，对于Freedom的理解，面对是个虔诚教徒对他.....我用打动人心的方式告诉他人类自由天性的定义，试图用我的恶趣味粉碎他，原文重点摘录笔记如下：
Freedom... free like natural wild animals.
As birds fly high like eagles in the sky,
As fish swim freely in the ocean.
As leopards run across the greenly plains.
No need to obey the rules of religion, or political system.
No reward and punishment, no heaven and hell.
And no fear of...
We are forever free.
