吃瓜闲聊🍉
最近我看了 TED，一个老头提到更好的会话交流。英语中，hail 有冰雹的意思，但也有赞扬之意。
🌟 **H - Honesty**
h honesty being clear and straight not lying but don't use brutal words to hurt people. honesty tempered with love
诚实，清楚直接不要撒谎，但是这不是你使用粗鲁直接的语言伤害别人的借口，诚实中带点爱。
🌟 **A - Authenticity**
a authenticity 真实 be yourself not imitating 做你自己 non - genuine persona 不要模仿那些爱装逼的虚伪人格
🌟 **I - Integrity**
i integrity 正直可靠 be your words do what you say, be trustworthy. 说到做到，被人值得信赖。
🌟 **L - Love**
l love not between a couple but a wish or expectation for others doing better. 不是情侣的那种，而是一种希望对方好的一种期待和愿望。
hail 一个完美的词诠释了怎么和人交流。
很可惜，包括我自己都很难做到，特别是在压力之下。希望有学友一起在学习的过程中，互相按这位老头的建议去交流，提升自己的交流档次。
如今大环境之下，更需要我们以这种方式去交流，来抱团取暖，度过寒冬，毕竟一个人的力量实在太小，过分高估自己，可能某时候崩溃了会带来非常不好的结果。我从一个孤岛走出来，就是想摆脱逆自然性的的困扰和不适。学英语不光是提升自己，而且某种程度上来说筛选了很多带给我带来困扰或者提供负情绪情绪的人。希望我会发现更多有趣的志同道合的学友吧。
