It’s never too late
永远不会太晚
我通过工作和互联网会认识到很多人。我发现很多人其实对自己的现状是不满意的，不开心的。不管是工作，感情，身体或是自己身上别的事，很多很多人都是有不满。但是这些人有一个共同点就是害怕做改变或是抗拒做改变。可以说是在自己这种不满的生活中已经找到了一种安全感，宁愿拥有这种安全感也不想做改变，面对未知的未来。
其实永远都不会太晚去做改变，去学习，尝试新的事情。可以今天就做一个决定要做一些小改变，多出去社交认识新的人，学个新的技术或是语言，去锻炼。不要不断的给自己借口明天再开始，明天是一直会有，今天就只有一个。

然后很多人因为没有看到立马的效果就会觉得锻炼没什么用，放弃了。
但是事实是如果你相信自己选的路那就坚持走下去。不管是工作，锻炼还是学习，你能坚持下来有一天你会照镜子的时候看到了效果。

1. 不能坦诚，不能把真实自己给对方看到，不敢分享你的感受和想法。
2. 分分合合，迟早就只有分。
3. 你们没有任何共同爱好。
4. 圈子不一样并且不愿意去进入互相的圈子。
5. 你们想要不同的东西。
6. 你们的感情不重要，只是方便但是永远有别的事或人比他重要。
7. 不能满足对方，说的是感情心理上当然也有身体上
8. 一开始就很多的顾虑，对的应该舒舒服服不是各种焦虑和猜测。
上面说的点千万记得要双方，互相的。所以单行道都不会长久，迟早就会累…

1. 你没那么重要。越能放下自我，越快会跟身边的人有更好的关系。想要别人怎么对你就应该怎么样对别人。
2. 不是所有人都会喜欢你。一生不是什么最受欢迎比赛，一直需要得到身边所有人的认可是一种非常累的方法去活着。
3. 物质不代表你。钱当然重要，但是也不是万能。到最后真正影响别人对你的看法是你的人品，素质，责任。
4. 你永远都有选择。你是你生命的司机，如果不快乐，不满足但是不愿意去做出任何改变，这也是一种选择。
5. 我们的情绪是受我们思想影响。你怎么去看待，思考一件事会直接影响你的心情和情绪。学会怎么去控制想法就是学会了控制心情。

有时有些字你就是读不好，每次都会觉得很绕，我也会遇到这样的情况。原本想说harsh truths但是真觉得很绕口就换成harsh things。如果发现某些字放在一起不太适合你就可以想办法换别的方法去说。当然这是在无数次练习后还说不好不是一两次就放弃。
